This particular form of massage can be used to relieve eyestrain, insomnia, migraines, stiff necks, shoulders and headaches. It also relaxes and tones the facial muscles and stimulates and nourishes the hair and scalp.
Shiatsu
There are different styles of shiatsu all of which have roots in one of three systems that was developed in Japan in the early 1900s. It was developed from the combination of Japanese manual therapies and western medical knowledge. Shiatsu can be used to treat a variety of conditions and can be either relaxing or stimulating depending on what you would like to achieve from the massage. Shiatsu promotes the stimulation and harmonization of the Qi flow through the body. Massage is a customized treatment, incorporating typically herbal infused essential oils.

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai yoga massage is based on the concept of invisible energy lines running through the body. The Indian origin and influence is obvious here since the background of this theory clearly lies in Yoga philosophy. Yoga philosophy states that life energy (called Prana) is absorbed with the air we breathe and with the food we eat. Along a network of energy lines, the Prana Nadis, the human being is then supplied with this vital energy. Out of these energy lines Thai massage has selected 10 mainlines on which there are especially important acupressure points. Massaging these lines and points makes it possible to treat a whole range of diseases or to relieve pain. Working on the energy lines with massage can break the blockades, stimulate the free flow of Prana, and help to restore general well-being.
Thai Massage
Thai massage is a system of massage and assisted stretching developed in Thailand, and influenced by the traditional medicine systems of India, China, and Southeast Asia.
